Living in the Moments In-between

So often, when I go to Walpan, the residents are sitting quietly, either outside if the day is nice, or on chairs and couches in the center hall and living room. Sometimes the T.V. is on, but sometimes there is just quiet. Most of the residents don't interact with each other. They just sit. They are in-between. In-between meals, in-between visitors, or just in-between what their lives were like before Walpan and the end of life. The "in-between" has become the entirety.
